Pregnant on the mini pill

So I had a twinge in my stomach yesterday and something just told me to do a pregnancy test, apparently I'm 1 to 2 weeks pregnant, I'm worried because I've been on the mini pill for 3 months and I've read it can cause problems with pregnancy. I'm also 6 months pp so this is also a shock!

Has anybody had a similar experience?

Me! I’m 22 weeks pregnant with my pill baby. I’m also a contraception specialist nurse by profession so it came as quite the surprise (but a very nice one!) so please be reassured when I tell you there’ll have been no harm done to your baby from the mini pill.
