Different pregnancy symptoms second time round?

Hi ladies
I'm really trying not to overthink here but I can't help it.
I got pregnant back in Feb/March time and found out at 9DPO, sadly I had a MMC at 11w but went through almost the entire first trimester so experienced symptoms etc. My main symptoms last time were INCREDIBLY sore/tender boobs from about 8DPO and fatigue.
Fast forward to this month and I've found out I'm pregnant again yay! But now I'm majorly symptom spotting. I'm only 11DPO so not even 4 weeks. I'm incredibly fatigued again but I have zero breast tenderness. I keep prodding at them hoping they'll be sore but they're just not. Now I'm obviously overthinking that my hormone levels must not be high enough etc.
I've done another HPT (another thing I said I wouldn't do) and the line is definitely getting darker.

Anyone have different pregnancy symptoms second time round and it was all ok?

Yes completely different first and second time. Felt weirdly OK at 4-5 weeks, wished for more then it all hit me a week or so later.
Congratulations!

My wife has had two babies and her symptoms for the first 12 weeks in particular were completely different with both. Wishing you all the best xx

I'm the same, I had awful nausea and sore boobs with my MMC (found out at 12wk scan). I'm 9wks tomorrow and my boobs are only sore if I prod them and my nausea hasn't been as bad and I feel like it's starting to subside. Also last time I could only stomach beige food whereas this time I've been eating everything. I spoke to my friend about it and her pregnancy after MMC she said she didn't have as strong symptoms. I'm cautiously hoping its a good sign but I'm so worried. Although symptoms meant absolutely nothing last time anyway!! Try not to worry, I know it's hard. I have a scan next week and dreading it.

Thank you so much for your reply, it's so so hard isn't it, on one hand we feel so grateful to have the opportunity of being pregnant again but on the other hand it's just filled with anxiety/worry. Keeping my fingers crossed for you with your scan, I'm sure all will be fine but I totally understand the scan anxiety, we've just booked one for 7w privately and I know I'll be ill with anxiety that week if we make it that far. I think part of my symptom anxiety is because my MMC presented with a sudden loss of symptoms at 11w so that only adds to it all. Wishing you the best of luck xx

I'm 7ish weeks with secund pregnancy and this one feels so different to the first.
I'm trying hard not to overthink or stress but it's not easy.

I too had an MMC with all symptoms still very much in action at week 12 but I have read so many cases of women who have had entirely different symptoms with each pregnancy or none at all, including sets of twins so please dont worry about it. Sorry for your previous loss and wishing you a happy, healthy pregnancy this time.
