Just over 5 weeks no symptoms

I had a MC at 6 weeks last month and about a week before I started bleeding my very sore boobs suddenly weren’t sore anymore.
To my surprise, I had a BFP two weeks ago, without a period in between but have had no symptoms at all. I’ve had the odd twinge but that just makes me worry. My lines are darker than the last pregnancy. Pic attached (the 24dpo was last month and second pic is 20dpo this pregnancy).
With my DD I had sore boobs from the moment I tested positive and queasy from 6/7 weeks.
Anyone else not had symptoms and it’s been fine? TIA

@T0r11210 I have been all over mumsnet asking this same question! I had literally no symptoms what so ever, nothing and I mean nothing! I woke up and felt absolutely fine everyday. It freaked me out. I had a mmc at 6 weeks last year following ivf so you can imagine how worried I was to feel nothing whilst reading about everyone else feeling sick!
I got hcg blood tests which kept increasing really well but I just couldn’t understand how because I felt totally normal, I wasn’t even tiered! I had a viability scan a 6 weeks and there was the baby heart beating and measuring perfectly.
im now 7 weeks and for the last 5 days I’ve been really nauseous and my nipples have become bigger and lumpier!
it’s still early days, so many people don’t get their symptoms until a bit later. But also, people have no symptoms and everything’s fine. I called my clinic so many times worrying that the pregnancy had ended and they kept reassuring me that no symptoms is also normal.
could you get some hcg bloods done? I paid £70 xx

I never had a single pregnancy symptom with either of my 2 pregnancies.

Both pregnancies successful.

But not a single episode of sore boobs/ tiredness/ nausea etc with either one.

I went through my whole pregnancy with none of the normal pregnancy symptoms. No sickness or sore boobs or anything. My only pregnancy symptoms were joint pain and itchy skin.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and can completely understand your concerns. Your scan must have helped reassure you which is great ☺️
I started pink spotting yesterday which has now gone brown, which is exactly what my MC at 6 weeks last time started out as the week before. So I’m feeling incredibly anxious now!

Thank you, that’s reassured me and every pregnancy is different. I’ve started having brown spotting now which is the same as my MC last time so worrying even more now.

@T0r11210

I also had bleeding in both pregnancies, again, both went to term and were successful.

Bleeding isn't always a sign of miscarriage, so don't lose hope.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that everything will go well 💐
