Having a little panic today.
My toddler jumped on my pelvis area quite hard this morning in bed and now it's been aching all day.

Should I be worried??

Your baby is about the size of a 🍓 and well protected behind layers of skin, muscle and fat, please try not to worry Flowers

I fell down about eight stairs at 13 weeks and landed on my front on a hard floor, I’m 21 weeks now and all is well! If the pain doesn’t settle or you start to bleed, call the early pregnancy unit but otherwise try to relax.

My grandmother sat too close to the boundary and took a cricket ball to the stomach when 7 months pregnant with my aunt. Now that was a worry, although she was totally fine.

At 9.5 weeks your baby will be well protected in there and totally fine

At 9.5 weeks your womb will still be surrounded by pelvic bones, very unlikely to have caused any damage to your baby
