Earlier on today I lost more of my mucus plug and for the last 3 hours Iv had constant back pain however every so often it gets quite intense and goes right into my hips and round into my lower stomach and lasts roughly a minute, however it’s very sporadic, I had it once then didn’t come back for around an hour and for the last hour it’s happened maybe 4/5 times, anyone any ideas?

It s contractions
Call your midwife or head to hospital

Sounds like early labour keep eye on it ... have a nice bath and start timing xx

In my second pregnancy I felt the contractions in my inner thighs. Was very odd. I’d keep an eye on things and maybe call triage/your MW for advice if you are worried.

Thank yous💗 the intense pains are coming more frequently and now coming along with quite a lot of pressure in my behind of all places🤣 but I keep forgetting to time them but definitely think they are still to far apart for my midwife’s to even bother🙄 I’m going to keep an eye on it definitely and see how I get on the rest of the night
