Iron, GD and ventriculomegaly - fed up!

Feeling so fatigued and fed up.

Backstory;

Currently 33 weeks pregnant with baby no2. I have gestational diabetes and anaemia.
My HB was 105 2 weeks ago and now dropped to 98. I am on Ferrous Sulphate once daily (luckily no side effects!). I just feel exhausted everyday, walking up the stairs is a challenge. When will I feel better? I have read you should feel better after a few weeks. I am having my iron stores and ferritin etc checked tomorrow.

I am ultra worried about my impending c-section as I am worried I will bleed a lot during it due to the low HB. To top it all off baby has one enlarged ventricle in their brain at 11.5mm. That was picked up on my GD scan at 32 weeks, it is being rescanned tomorrow. Finding it all a lot and so hard to enjoy this pregnancy.

I think I just wanted people to reassure me that it all be ok and people have been in similar positions with positive outcomes.

Oh and baby is breech, so finding a comfortable position is near on impossible!

sorry for the long post 😞

DS2 had an enlarged ventricle one of his many scans, I was freaked out that it would be a marker for something significant (and his older brother has a neurological issue). But when checked a few weeks later it seemed to have resolved itself. He's now 17 and 6 foot tall and smashing his A levels. Can't help with anaemia or diabetes or general pregnant exhaustion but for us the ventriculomegaly turned out to be insignificant. Good luck to you.

Another ventriculomegaly mum here, our boys was 10.2mm at 20 weeks and it didn't get bigger. He's 3 next month and absolutely fine ! He was also a naughty breech boy and large at 9lb 9oz so was a c-section. Just wanted you to know my situation was very similar!

I'm 30 and I'm ok... My ventricles are stills are enlarged and haven't gone back to normal but I'm fine
Have unrelated issues.
