Constant Electric blanket use in first trimester

Mums, I'm in a horrible panic right now. I am 7 weeks pregnant. It's winter here where I am, and I was unwell with COVID for up to 2 weeks in about weeks 4-6 of my pregnancy, and spent most of the time isolating in my room; in bed with an electric blanket on. I would heat it to full heat with me in the bed and only when it got too hot, would lower the heat. But I was literally in there like ENTIRE day.

I don't ever recall feeling my whole body get too hot or unwell in that manner (I would have constantly been drinking water too) but the fact is that my lower body and belly was always under the blanket where it was the hottest, with my upper body exposed to the cold. I've been working from home since then as had a lingering cough for weeks and have worked in bed often with the same arrangement.

I only just realized that I might have put the baby in danger of NTD with all that heat. I feel absolutely awful and panicked and remorseful.

I don't know what I'm looking for right now... Some reassurance perhaps.
