6 week scan - What to expect?

I am 6 + 2 and having a scan today .

What will you actually see? Has anyone been through this and what did you see?

I’m having it at the early pregnancy unit because I always get spotting in my pregnancies which is so annoying but it’s always best to get it checked out

I had a scan at 6+5 at EPU due to bleeding and saw heartbeat, not much else apart from that it’s so tiny! You can see heartbeat from 6 weeks, but do bear in mind a lot of people measure different dates to the estimate based on their period, so you could be a few days behind and therefore no heartbeat yet.

This was my scan at 7 weeks, you can see very little, but "something"!

I had a scan at 6+0 saw a “blob” with a heartbeat!

I understand that sometimes you won’t see anything because of dates but I’m hopefully going to see my blob 😂 x
