Brown Spotting and no line progression

Pretty sure I'm having a chemical... spotted brown since I found out I was pregnant 2 days before period due, and these are my test lines...

As you can see they haven't really changed at all and I'm now approx 21 dpo.

Boobs aren't hurting like they were and nausea isn't as bad. Waking up in the night to pee but that's about all I feel now symptoms wise. Not feeling hopeful. Anyone else have similar happen? I spoke to EPU who said to monitor and they will scan me next week.

Just the waiting game now. It's shit as took 18 months to fall pregnant, I'm 36 😔

I’d have expected them to be darker by now but they’re cheapies so it may just be the tests.
Can you get a clear blue or pink dye test to definitely be sure?

@Mini6666 I did a clear blue which said 2-3 weeks 3 days ago, did another this morning and still says 2-3 weeks which is fine but in my craziness opened it and looked at the lines and they had faded today... why do we do this to ourselves! I'm not going to test anymore, just drives you crazy doesn't it!

Hhhmm, I agree this lines are not getting darker but they’re also not getting lighter! And spotting is fairly normal in early pregnancy.
When I’ve had a CP the tests quite quickly got light and then I bled like a normal period and tests showed negative after that.
While you’d expect clear line progression, tests can only tell you so much, so only a scan can give you certainty. Appreciate the waiting is awful, but don’t give up hope yet.

Those tests are shit! I don’t want to give false hope but at the same time - I was getting dye stealers on my other tests and those were still quite pale.

I tried saying it politely but you said what I was thinking 😂 Those tests always come up faint.

Thanks everyone! I will cling on to a little bit of hope then, keep having dizzy spells today which I remember from previous pregnancies (both successful and unsuccessful) so maybe someone is happening still. My heart goes out to those women that have to go through this over and over again, it's bloody tough!

So I got some normal tests instead of those crappy ones, did the top one on Thursday lunchtime and the bottom one now. Know it's not crazy different but think todays is a little darker 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@CharlotteRae thats promising, hopefully you won’t need to wait long for the EPU scan to hopefully confirm all is well.
