I am 15+1 and struggling with insomnia every night, I’m waking up around 2am and not falling back to sleep until 6am, sometimes not falling back to sleep at all. With a 3 year old to look after during the day this is proving difficult. Any suggestions or remedies to help with this? Anything is appreciated

Here to say I’m going through it too!
drink, eat and do whatever your body is asking you to.
then grab a nap in the day if you possibly can

Following for suggestions because I’m exactly the same! I had a bit of a breakdown this morning because I’m just so exhausted

Same boat here (albeit it early days ) - I’ve just started listening to podcasts - 99% invisible is on the right side of boring enough that I tend to fall asleep but also interesting enough that I’m not mad if I don’t.

Im also trying to rest during the day- been pleasantly surprised at how well my 3year old is doing is keeping herself entertained- she’s taught herself to write ? Makes me feels a bit redundant but takes something off the to do list 😂

I had this with my 2nd. With my 1st (girl) I slept like a baby, no issues at all with sleep but with my son I didn't sleep much all till after the pregnancy. Nap whenever you can and cut out caffeine so you can nap during the day. Congratulations.
