Anyone good at guessing nub theory?

I don't mind if it is a boy or girl, I'm just inpatient ha. I've been googling nub theory and I can't make any sense of it myself, any guesses anyone?

Haha yeah if I was to have a guess id say girl but pure guess as it's not clear
