Period cramping and bubbling feeling

Hi all,

I am 17 weeks and 2 days and last night I had mild/medium period style cramping. Today is similar. No blood or other symptoms but anyone else experienced this? I spoke to my midwife and they did a UTI which came back fine. Now they just want to monitor for 24 hours but getting slightly worried. I also sometimes have a bubbly feeling all in my lower abdominal.

Bubbly feeling is most likely the first sign of movement! I’ve had cramps throughout pregnancy, 32 weeks now - I think it was growing / stretching.

Bubbly feeling is baby kicking and cramps are your uterus stretching xx
