Mole growing? Would you worry?

Hi just wondering has anyone had anything like this, 30 weeks pregnant lots of freckles darkening and new ones coming ( also moles ) and noticed this on my arm also today.. is this a new mole forming or just pregnancy doing this? Thanks

I'd get that one checked out just to be in the safe side.

I had a couple of moles grow in pregnancy. Went to the GP and they were both checked pretty quickly.

Pregnancy makes your skin more sensitive to things like light which is why you may be getting more freckles etc. but it is always safest to get any changes to moles checked :)
