C section booked but reduced movements

I have a c section booked for when I’ll be 38+3 for medical reasons. I am just about to be seen for reduced moments, this will be my 5th time this pregnancy and baby below the 10th centile.

does anyone know if they will suggest baby comes earlier even if all seems okay on the monitor?

just wanting to mentally prepare myself

I had reduced movements and had my c section booked for 38+3 too. She arrived safely on the date of the c section. Good luck!

I had static growth with baby below 10th percentile so consultant said I'd be booked in before 37+6. Went in at 36+5 with reduced movements, monitoring showed baby was ok but then I was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia. That, plus baby's static growth meant I ended up having an "emergency" c section (cat 3) at 37 weeks exactly

Oh phew! Probably getting ahead of myself but we don’t have my parents arriving for childcare till the weekend so I’m getting anxious

Yeah my first was the same and came at 37 weeks on the 2.5th centile as her growth slowed right down, worried that is going to happen again
