Hi, I painted using an oil based gloss paint today. Was outside the whole time so hoping my exposure via inhalation was reduced. But it is all over my hands. I scrubbed them multiple times as soon as I came in but it won't come off and I don't want to use another solvent like white spirit to remove it. Do you think this level of exposure is OK? Freaking out a bit.
