I am 29 weeks and i usually have so much kicking from baby.

There has hardly been any movement for the last 2 days. I went to hospital for checks and they can hear a heartbeat and sent me home.

Since coming home have still not felt any movement.

Please go back and do not leave until you yourself are happy with the movements.
My last pregnancy with an anterior placenta, I think I was getting checked for reduced movement at least a fortnight. No one will judge you if you need reassurance, at the end of the day you know what is normal for you.

And it is probably nothing, most likely the baby changed position or something but please go back and get checked.

Go back in. Better to be checked 10 times than miss it once

Keep pestering midwife/hospital. You need reassurance and you clearly don't have that.
I believe you can have some sort of monitor at home, as our neighbours did. She had 3 pregnancies and just rarely felt movement!

Go back, you need to get checked again. Don't worry about wasting anyone's time.

When you say "they can hear a heartbeat" did they just listen for a minute or two, or put you on the monitor for 30 minutes or so?
You should have a CTG where they monitor for about 30 minutes, and where you have a little handheld clicker to press every time you feel a movement.
If you feel like the movements are still not back to normal, please go back in. I promise they won't mind.
I would strongly advise against the home monitors suggested upthread. I've seen them "pick up a heartbeat" from inanimate objects before. They can also pick up your own heartbeat which, especially if you're feeling anxious and your heart is racing, you can confuse for the baby's heartbeat. Also, without knowing what exactly you're listening for, you don't necessarily know how to interpret what you're hearing - it's not enough for the baby to have a heart beat; they should have a heart rate that's normal for them, and that has reassuring features.

Thanks so much for the comments. I had a CTG for 30mins and they were happy with the results!

I sometimes get a more chilled period now (31+2) and sometimes think I’ve not felt baby for a while. I’ve got an app that I count the kicks on with a timer and it records them so when I feel a smidge worried I sit myself down and have a kick counting session. It’s really helped me. I think it’s the Pregnancy + app
