Anterior and c-shaped placenta. What does this mean?

Hi so I went for my 20week scan today. I already knew I had an anterior (front) positioned placenta and the implications of that eg may take longer to feel movement. However this scan she said the placenta had grown down and under and was like a c-shape. She’s requested I go back as she couldn’t get the thorough look she wanted to of the placenta due to my bladder not being full enough. Has anyone had this c-shape placenta before and knows what it means? Is there any significance? Thanks in advance x
