Haven’t been taking Omega 3 fish oil?

I’ve just read that apparently I should be taking omega 3 fish oil in pregnancy but I haven’t been because I’m on low dose aspirin and read elsewhere at the start of my pregnancy that if I’m on aspirin I shouldn’t take it.

im 17 weeks now, should I be taking it or not? I’m starting to worry now. I take folate, vitamin D, vitamin C, iron, vitamin B complex and the aspirin.

thank you

I should also add that I do tend to have 1 oily fish portion per week such as salmon or tuna.

I never did I always just took the pregnancy vitamins

It’s not advised by the NHS. I’ve not taken it - only vitamin D; and folic acid until 12 weeks. If you have a healthy and varied diet, you shouldn’t need supplements apart from those

With DC2, I didn't even take the 'pregnancy' vitamins. They made me feel sick. My mother was horrified. DC2 is normal, clever, lovely!

I've just asked my midwife about this and she said it's fine to take. I've so far (9w) only been taking folic and vit D as she suggested but DH suggested Omega 3 as I'm so off most protein at the moment with the nausea! But I definitely don't think it's a must
