Strange red blotches

12 weeks pregnant. For a few days I noticed some red bumps on my stomach not itchy didn't think much of it really.. thought maybe the heat/ sweating at work. Then a few days later noticed a few more looking more blotchy on my sides. Hubby says I have a few on my back and I can see one or two or my arm. Really weird. I have my ultrasound in the morning,bit embarrassed my stomach will be spotty and booked a phone app as all I could get with gp tomorrow late afternoon. But any advice if anyone has had anything like this?

Iv got something like this and it’s just pregnancy acne had it my hole pregnancy

Update:
Doctor doesn't have a clue suggested some random skin infection and an antifungal body wash treatment? I looked it up afterwards and what she said looks NOTHING like what I have so I don't know whether to bother getting the body wash or not now.
