10 weeks pregnancy cramps

I am 10 weeks pregnant, and haven’t really suffered with many cramps or pains. I feel like I have some period pains, nothing horrendous but dull period pain like pains, I’m scared 😟 has anyone else had anything like this at 10 weeks and been all ok?

I had cramps with my first. I think it was just everything being stretched and ligaments relaxing. My midwife said if the pain is not severe and there's no bleeding it's usually nothing to worry about.
