Had a 2nd 20 week scan today due to inability to get measurements and again the baby was moving SO MUCH!
I’ve been kicked allllll day and now what feels like it might be alllll night lol

It’s normal, obviously it has no bearing on how they are when they’re born.

I had a flipper in my belly. He would swoosh from side to side and roll around all day and night
As a baby he was quiet and calm, as a toddler now at 2.9 he is still calm
But when sleeping..... That's when he copies what he did in the womb
Full 360 around the bed in a starfish pose throughout the night. Only time my child doesn't stay still

Normal!
My first hardly moved and I pretty much lived up at the hospital for reduced movements, my second never stopped moving! I remember asking once if it was okay that she was moving all the time because I was worried she wasn’t sleeping in there 😂 I was reassured that they also move while they’re sleeping which makes perfect sense lol. Every time I had a scan they’d comment on how active she was x

@katie416 so good to know!! I said to my dh yesterday this baby does not sleep!! But if they move in their sleep too that’s great 😅

My twins were like that constantly kicking and moving

I had two perpetual motion machines in utero. As small babies, they were very, very alert and very, very active, but the activity levels settled down as they became able to do more things. They stayed very 'busy', definitely not ones for watching the world go by, but they could be busy doing a shape-sorter or playing with stacking cups once they had the development to do that sort of thing.

Baby #1 was dubbed Wiggles McWiggleson. He is actually a pretty mellow baby and toddler! He can run wild, but only when he's all wound up.

Baby #2 keeps having dance parties in my uterus. I had an MRI this week and it took a friggin hour and a half because baby would NOT stay still! 😩
