Hey girls, hoping to shed some light on my current position. I am 6 weeks 4 d pregnant, I have bled since 5 weeks every day.

it is pink on the tissue, only when wiping. Had an early reassurance scan, found baby’s heartbeat and no signs of bleeding from the ultrasound.

has anyone experienced anything similar?

thank you x

I had bleeding from 5 weeks to about 12/13 ranging from pink, to red (no clots) to brown and feared the worst. Scan showed all was well and was likely due to a hematoma. Now 28 weeks with a healthy baby so fingers crossed all is well for you.

Ah that’s amazing, I’m trying to stay positive it’s so difficult. I’m really glad everything is moving smoothly for you. X

Any chance you have cervical erosion? I had daily spotting from week 7-9 x

I had it from a cervical ectropion and went on to have a healthy baby, in amongst many miscarriages so there was LOTS of fear. Good luck.

I had this with both of my pregnancies and it was caused by an ectropion on my cervix. I also bled a lot heavier and redder on occasion. Every scan I had (and I had A LOT lol, especially with my 2nd) said that baby was fine and no bleeding could be seen. It’s terribly scary and I’m not going to lie ruined both of my pregnancies - hindsight is a brilliant thing - but this doesn’t seem out of the ordinary to me. Did you have a private scan or was it with the NHS? It’s worth contacting your Early pregnancy unit if you’ve not already as they can keep an eye on you and offer support x
