Do growth charts tend to dip?

Hi, just looking for advice or anyone who has had experience in your Intergrowth Fundal Height Chart decreasing? Waiting to have a growth scan booked in currently. I will attach photo of the chart. Last measured at 36 weeks pregnant, the measurement before was 34+3.

Were all the measurements by the same midwife? I had a bump in my measurements when I had a different midwife. My usual midwife always measured 10th percentile but the other woman measured 25th. If I had had them to the other way around. The 25th percentile most of the time and 10th the one off it would have been a dip.

It's a blunt tool who's primary job is to catch potential outliers and those that would benefit from monitoring by growth scans. Don't fret too much. X
