Positive yesterday but negative today? :(

so I got a positive yesterday, I read within the time and this was what came up…

then this morning, a stark negative, what’s happening?

Is the photo attached of the negative test OP? How many dpo are you? X

That's still positive, albeit faint. Is your period late? x

I think that test looks more like an evap than an actual positive as it’s not a full line, sorry OP. Maybe test again in a couple days but I used those tests and my 13 DPO test had a clear quite dark line x

It could be that you sadly caught a chemical pregnancy. I've always used those tests and they caught my two chemical pregnancies, they've never been unreliable and it has colour to it so definitely doesn't look like an evap line. Did you take both tests with your first morning wee? x

I will be officially late tomorrow, thinking this is the reason maybe, I didn’t think it was evap as it has colour, why is it so confusing😩

If the line isn't any darker in the morning then I would say that it was unfortunately a chemical pregnancy x

Sorry to jump on this but very confused
I have gotten a positive digital 1-2
one day later a negative digital
then 2 days after that another negative now experiencing light spotting pinky/orangey doesn’t look fresh anyone ever experience anything like this before, waiting to get my blood done

I think that sounds like a chemical pregnancy, sadly; positive tests, followed by negative, followed by bleeding. I'm so sorry x

Trying to stay hopeful as my symptoms are getting strong I’ve also tested when I’ve had a lot of fluids maybe they have been diluted

@Anonymous230 I'd honestly just prepare yourself for the worst, it can be common to have some light pink/brown spotting but that looks like a fair bit of blood, so paired with the tests being negative just try not to get your hopes up too much. Do you know when you ovulated? x

I know I hate thinking about it and yes I ovulated on the 2nd of July and two weeks later I got a positive 1-2 digital

@Anonymous230 I think in that case you would definitely be getting positives every time by now. Try testing again in the morning just to check but it does sound like a chemical pregnancy x
