Looking for similar experiences of this and what the outcome was… I’m currently 9 weeks and 3 days and for the last 4/5 days all my nausea and fatigue has just gone, there’s no trace of it at all. I had a scan at 7 weeks 6 days and the measurements were right and heartbeat good, I’ve got another booked for Saturday when I’ll be 9 weeks 5 days and I know there’s not much I can do between then and now but I’m just so anxious. I had a miscarriage previously at around 8 weeks, but hadn’t had a scan at all for that pregnancy or any symptoms so not sure if it was a missed miscarriage or blighted ovum. Anyway has anyone else had just a TOTAL stop of symptoms thats gone on for a few days and had a positive outcome?

Fingers crossed for you OP, good luck for Saturday.

I had this, symptoms were mild then stopped then returned - it's typical for symptoms to fluctuate in early pregnancy.

@Moyaingoya I'm sure all is ok. I still had so many symptoms when I had my MMC so I don't think symptoms really dictate anything. I hope your scan goes well 🩷

I'm in exactly the same situation! I'm 10 weeks tomorrow, I've suffered with awful nausea and exhaustion all the way through so far but it tapered off around a week ago, now I don't even feel pregnant.
I also had a scan at 7 weeks showing a heartbeat so I'm trying to stay positive. I've heard it's common at this stage as the placenta takes over 🤞
Good luck for your scan Saturday and please let me know how you get on!

It’s reassuring to know this seems to be quite common! I’ve read that too so hoping that’s the case for both of us 🤞🏻 are you going to book a private scan or will you hold out for the 12 week one? Xx

I'm hoping so! I really just don't feel pregnant anymore. Have your symptoms come back at all? I don't think I'll book another scan tbh as it's only a couple of weeks now, I'm just trying not to overthink it in the meantime! Xx

Just been for my scan and it’s all looking good! Hopefully this reassures you a bit too as no I don’t feel at all pregnant and symptoms still haven’t come back!

For my first boy all symptoms stopped at 9 weeks. He's a healthy 3 year old now :-)
