Been looking at the baby einstein 4 in 1 play gym, just wondering if anyone has this for their baby and would you recommend?

Alternative recommendations also appreciated! Thanks

Hi
I have it and I would say baby didn’t really get the benefits of it until 4ish months. My criticisms are it’s not very padded so have to put another mat underneath and now baby is kicking loads he can actually kick one side and the whole things falls down. It is better than the boring one I originally got from mamas and papas though and he does like it x

This is what I was thinking regarding the baby einstein, when will we actually start getting use out of it and for how long!

The one from mamas and papas is gorg to look at but I am so put off buying it for this exact reason!

Yea I would say it’s definitely no good for when they’re really little. The mamas and papas one was nice for baby to lie on as it’s soft fur like material so when he was little he liked it and it’s put it next to my dressing table when I was getting ready but the toys were completely pointless 😂

We had the baby Einstein and our little one loved it. She would lie and chatter away to the hanging toys well before she could play with them. Shes now 17mo and still plays with bits of it.... the toys ate pretty robust teethers and the piano is excellent for entertaining her on long car journeys. Obviously all babies are completely different but we have fou r it very good value for money
