Silent reflux in pregnancy

If you had reflux in pregnancy did it last the whole time or go away at some point? I'm 18w3d and for the last two days have had the constant symptoms in the screenshot except actual heartburn. I've even been sick twice from wretching. Its really getting to me the idea that I could have another 21 weeks of this. Guess just hoping there are some positive stories out there.

It lasted the whole pregnancy for me, and got worse the more pregnant I got. Speak to your midwife about being prescribed omperazole, without omperazole I wouldn't be able to function. With it I'm ok except for some discomfort when lying down at night (I'll probably increase my dose eventually but I'm trying to get a bit further along before doing so).

I have this here and there, I am 32 weeks and a half in, it’s affected by my schedule on that day and how much and what I’ve eaten. Exercising in certain positions makes it worse.
A cup of milk with honey clears it.

Second vote for omperazole here - had terrible reflux with both pregnancies

I don’t have a positive success story but just wanted to pop on and say I think I’m having the same thing! I’m only 11+3 but have had this exact issue, without the heartburn, since about 5 weeks. I’ve had also had really bad nausea and retching and gagging and half the time I swear it’s down to a reflux problem where I can’t burp and feel like my stomach is stuck in my throat. It’s awful. I’m on anti-sickness medicine and am starting to have some better days between shit ones so I’m hoping/monitoring how these symptoms go as the hormones ease. I’m aware of omeprazole being used to help this, as another poster has said. So that may be worth asking about? Xx
