Hi, I'm wondering if this has happened with anyone else or whether it's something to be overly concerned about, im 23 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child - I've been experiencing pelvic pain within the pubic area since about 16 weeks, I'm still keeping active as much as I can (aswell as making the point to rest)... Gym wise I can't power walk or run due to the pelvic pain but cycling there's no issues, I'm still going to my spin classes also - I was at a spin class this morning & I was having the most intense stitch like pains across/below my bump area - would this be normal during exercise or is it something that's concerning, it felt like mini contractions?... my midwife & physio have mentioned that it's OK to carry on with exercise just to start laying off the intensity & having more breather breaks in between. Has anyone experienced this while exercising?
