Possible UTI 39 weeks - should I be concerned?

I had my midwife appointment today and she saw some signs of a UTI in my urine sample, I have had no other symptoms. No cramping or the typical cystitis like feelings when I'm weeing, no burning or stinging when weeing. I have felt in general quite swollen down there with a lot of pressure but have felt this for a few weeks and feels more muscular than stinging on the skin or anything, it has felt a tiny bit stingy today but more a thrush like feeling.

I'm due to have a c section next week, Is there a risk to the baby or is it more a concern for me if the sample comes back positive for a UTI?

Hi, I had a UTI which the midwife picked up in my appointment with her around 38 weeks, she never told me but sent medication to the pharmacy I was supposed to use my psychic powers to know it was there. Midwife in the labour ward informed me of this and test was still positive the day I gave birth, they gave me antibiotics on that day but baby was born with no issues thankfully so hopefully all will be good for you too whatever the results
