Postpartum severe pain coughing sneezing ect

Wondering is this normal or not. Mentioned to midwife at check up. She mentioned it could be a prolapse.
Everytime I clear my throat , blow my nose cough ect I'm in unbearable pain. It feels like pressure and swelling deep inside my vagina. the feeling of I'm in labour again and the baby is bearing down.
I'm stressed out that it's a prolapse.
Has anyone experienced these symptoms. Does it sound like a prolapse or can't they be normal symtoms

I don’t think you should be in unbearable pain when you cough OP. Did the midwife who mentioned possible prolapse offer any further advice or recommend you be seen by anyone? I would contact them again or your health visitor or GP.

It sounds like you need a woman’s health physio asap.
