Am I having a miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant 3 weeks ago. I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and have an early scan tomorrow due to bleeding.

I had bleeding 2 weeks ago which resulted in an early scan which was too early to see anything other than thickening of my womb. My bloods HGC levels were increasing over double which was positive.

I am currently on off bleeding, raging from light brown watery blood to stringy brown, to thick dark brown clotty blood with some red fresh blood.. mostly when wiping.

I am thinking the worst but looking for any advice or guidance here!

I went to the gym earlier for my usual session and since then, I’ve been getting heavier bleeding (not soaking a pad though) and have passed very small clots (lentil size). Cramping is still mild but more frequent and the blood is bright red so I think I’m losing it.

I am back at the EPU for blood tests tomorrow to check HCg but I’m accepting it’s not meant to be this time to help me deal with it or I just keep crying!!

How long did it take you to conceive after? xxx

Oh I’m so sorry you’re going through that, it sounds very similar to what I experienced, it was on an off for around a week or so before I started heavier bleeding and this was the same day EPU confirmed it with my HCG results.
Fortunately I fell pregnant the next month which I was so grateful for, I ovulated later than I usually would have, I guess as my body was getting back to normal.
