Scan picture, lump on head.

Hiya, does anyone have any experience/knowledge with lumps in scan pictures? Had a scan at EPU today so wasn’t discussed in full. Only noticed after leaving the lump on the forehead. Now worrying as looks so different to other dc’s scan pictures. Thanks so much x

That looks like the babies hand on the other side is up by their head, am sure epu would have said if they'd seen something wrong
