Was your DC2 born earlier or later than DC1?

Just curious as I’m expecting DC2 anytime 🙂

DD1 was 10 days late and a 40 hour labour, DS 2 was 2 weeks early and a 2 hour labour.

First was a week early
Second was a week late

41+3 and 42 exactly....

Yes but only by a day. Dd1 was 12 days overdue, dd2 11.

DC1 40+5
DC2 40+2

DS1 - 38 +1
DS2 - 39+1

I was so fed up as every midwife I saw said oh you'll probably have this one even earlier than your first. Wrong.

DD1 41+3
DD2 41+4
Everyone and their mother told me the second wouldn’t be as late as the first 🙃

Earlier by 10 days

Later, by 12 days

Ds1 was born 10 days early, ds2 was born 7 days early,,and ds3 was born 10 days early.

DD was born on her due date (well, early the next morning but we had a long labour!).

DS was born at 38 weeks (very very suddenly, too).

Exactly the same - both 11 days overdue and only made an appearance with the threat of induction hanging over them, the buggers.

No. 1 was born at 6pm on my due date
No. 2 was born at 3am on my due date.

So yes, no. 2 was 15 hours earlier.

Each one was a few days earlier than the one before. I stopped before reaching peak efficiency.

Exactly 2 weeks later 😊

DC1 was 39+2
DC2 was 40+5
DC3 was 39+2

Technically I laboured at 29 weeks with DD1... they stopped it and she arrived 1 day early in the end.

Technically I laboured at 26 weeks with DD2... they stopped it and she arrived 1 week late !

DS1 was a week early, Ds2 a week late and DD a week early.

Both born at different hospitals, with different procedures for induction, so DS was induced a week earlier than DD at 41 weeks. Drip of oxytocin for both. Ouch!

Earlier. First child was 2 days late, second one arrived on their due date.

Second was a week later for me.

Dc1 born at 38 weeks at 1250pm
Dc2 born at 42 weeks at 1532

Later. But only because they didn't have a bed for me for 4 days. If there hadn't been that delay (and labour was the same length), they both would have been born at 37+1.
