Hey, I don't know exactly how many weeks I am but I think it's 6/7 weeks. I had a tiny tiny tiny bit of bleeding and lots of cramps so I went to the hospital. They've done an internal scan and there was a gestational sack and within in there were 2 sacks so I think twins😭😭💔💔 but no heartbeat. They've booked me for another scan next week but they said it's unlikely that the pregnancy will continue because the shape of the sack is irregular it's not normal. I'm so heartbroken I'm I'm so much pain. Has this happened to anyone ? Initially I was hopeful because the no heart beat could be because I'm early and I also have an erosion on the lining of my womb which could be the reason for the bleeding. But I lost all hope when the doctor that came to speak to me said that it's unlikely there will be a good news because the shape is also irregular. I'm in so much pain but I'm still hopeful, I just can't help not being hopeful
