One faint pos one negative

Iv been trying for a baby for a while now I have one daughter already who’s one I get irregular cycles sometimes but I been spotting for a week last oeriod was 28th of may I got sore boobs took a test strip it was postive took a clear blue digital and it said no😩 opended it up straight away and it has aline on it so confused don’t kno when I ovulated cuz it’s always irregular has anyone had similar thing to this ?

The digitals do always have a line if you open them.
Could you have flooded the strip, causing a false line, or did you dip it in a cup rather than pee on it? Could it have been an evap or indent? Test on another branded test using FMU, but collect urine and dip in, rather than testing under the flow.

No I didn’t flud the first test the line came through straight away . but the 2nd test I done that was negative I drank juice before the sore boobs and the spotting for a week is just so weird then a postive so confused is it too early or false apprently its rare should I wait another week ?

I did it in a cup 😊
