4 weeks and 5 days... 3+ on Clearblue?!

Hi guys,

I am 4 weeks and 5 days and just taken a clearblue digital and it's saying 3+!! I thought I wouldn't see this until 6 weeks... has anyone else experienced this and been further along? My dates are calculated from my last period

I got a 3+ on exactly 5+0 weeks and I’m a bit worried about multiples.
