Wonder if anyone has experienced the same as im at a loss as to what is going on. Been trying for baby number 2 (im 33) for over two years without success. Had a chemical pregnancy around 9 months ago now. My last period was a day late (which isn't usual for me as im a day either side late/early) however i was only on for 2 days very light and no cramps. Then exactly 2 weeks later I've started bleeding enough to wear a pad took a test to rule out and it's negative. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm sorry you are going through this, it's so hard.
I had a tough time with no2 as well, having one baby is unfortunately no guarantee it will happen easily again. I would go to your GP and ask for a referral for infertility testing, including blood tests and an internal scan.
In the end there were a few factors for me but a big one was hypothyroidism brought on by the first pregnancy. It's surprisingly common.

Very similar story to us, we we're trying for 3.5 years before we fell pregnant with baby number 2. I would refer yourself to the GP for fertility testing, all though you won't be funded for IVF, you are eligible for sperm testing, see if your ovulating etc.. At least if you have the tests, you know where you stand in regards to where both of your fertility is at.

I ended up with a Laparoscopy to check if my tubes were open and it took 9 months after surgery to get pregnant. We were one of those unlucky ones where it was "unexplained infertility" we were perfect on paper and no reason as to why it wasn't happening.

Good luck and always open to any questions if it helps.
