Contacting sneak peak !???? Driving me insane !!!

I cannot find anyway to contact sneak peak and it’s driving me MENTAL!!!!! I ordered their test 3 weeks ago but unfortunately miscarried so I need to return it but I cannot for the life of me submit any form online to them !! The submit button is just greyed out . Anyone else ????

The email address the results come from is [email protected] it may not be set up to receive emails though but worth a shot? Are you filling in all the mandatory slots on the email us page? Sorry for your loss

Sadly I have experience of this; and know a couple of others who have. They don’t usually refund, they’ll tell you to keep it for the future.
