CTG - Short Term Variations?

Hi All. Had a CTG today for reduced movements (I’m 37+2) and when they took the report off the midwife looked at it for about 2 minutes then said ‘all ok’ and walked off. I heard her at the midwife station showing everyone and one asked how far along I am.
She’s circled the enclosed - does anyone know what this means? Wish I looked and asked when I was there now. I mentioned after I’ve had Braxton Hicks last few days and she said if it get stronger to go in…it’s making me think they think I’m near to labour? Please be kind, it’s my first baby I haven’t a clue. Thanks!
