Can I ask what your HCG level was at 4wks?

Mine was 792 which is at the higher end, and we've a family history of twins

I am - I was pregnant with triplets and mine was only 283 at 4 weeks so I’m thinking hcg alone isn't a telling sign but obviously anything is possible as everyone is different and the range is so vast ☺️ we unfortunately lost one of the babies at 8 weeks but 22 weeks with two that have grown well!
