Reflexology in pregnancy

Looking for experiences, good or bad - would you recommend reflexology during pregnancy (second trimester stage).

I had it yesterday at 37w.

I picked a doula who is also trained in reflex touch which is very gentle and she stayed away from any hormonal spots.

It was lovely and relaxing.

I'm just 30 weeks and had a pregnancy massage this week, and she finished with some reflexology and it was lovely. I don't normally like my feet being touched but found it so relaxing. She asked if I was having some digestion/constipation issues as could feel it apparently. Though beware apparently they can tell boy or girl from the feet (anecdotally, no science backs up) so take note if you're not finding out haha
