I don't see a line. 7dpo would be unusually early.

I can't see a line I am afraid but the pic isn't the best quality.

Can you post another pic without the slight glare and more perfectly focused?

At this point on that brand of test I'd say BFN - I got a faint line on an ultra early test at 8DPO but that was with twins
