Hi, just wondering has anyone any experience with this. At my 11 week private scan I started spotting while I was there, the tech checked it out and noted a 1.9cm peri sac collection. The spotting stopped a few days after but 2 nights ago I had alot more blood/brown discharge and went to the hospital, baby is fine thank god. But I still get on/off cramps throughout the day and small bits of brown discharge. I'm worried the baby will be harmed even though I seen and heard heartbeat and baby is very active. Don't know why I feel so worried, the hospital rang today and asked do I know my blood type, I don't. They want me to come in for blood tests to check my type, my mum is rh negative she had an injection when pregnant on me. Now I'm worried about that too. I'm 12 weeks 5 days today, has anyone ever experienced this and baby went on to be healthy? I know I've already been told my doctor that baby is fine, but they didn't really explain much about peri sac collection which made me google - worst thing to do!
The hospital put me through to maternity department but they never answer the phones, I'm left ringing for ages with no outcome. Sorry for the long post, just trying to understand and put my mind at ease. Thank you
