Low amniotic Fluid and previous PPROMS T/W prem birth

My daughter was born at 34+1 2.5 years ago. Thankfully was healthy and no NICU needed but obviously at the time was very scary. I'd had PPROMs at 33+6 (48 hours before she was born). No contractions for 44 hours and then she arrived of her own accord.

I am now 34+4 (wahey). went in for low movement on tues and they said her heartrate was spiking but likely due to dehydration as it was very hot and when i did fill up on water it came down but sent me for a scan today anyway esp given the prem birth and that i am diabetic (non-gestational). Since two weeks ago her fluid has dropped from 13.4 to 6.6 so still in the normal range but only just and a significant drop. Tested for waters broken but came back clear. everything else seems normal so they said they'd check again in two weeks.

Has anyone had this before? did you have a prem baby? Worried i am going to end up with another little one! any experiences.
