Hi everyone,

I found out I was pregnant last week and I have just received this notification stating my heart rate average has been higher for the last 5 days. Is this all pregnancy related do you think? I've never had a notification like that before!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

In my experience yes - I gave birth to me DS recently had a notification saying mine had dropped and I can really clearly see on the graph the 9 months I was pregnant. If you’re worried see your GP but it was 100% pregnancy related for me.

Yes it’s normal. My resting heart rate is up about 10%-15% and has been all through pregnancy (I’m now 27 weeks)

Yes it's totally normal. You should see about a 10bpm increase in the first trimester. It's your body producing more blood and in turn heart beating faster to circulate more, especially to your uterus/placenta/baby.

So interesting to look back on my fitbit.. My HR started to increase by something like 1bpm per day before I even found out I was pregnant. Bodies are amazing! Congrats OP! 😊

Yep, I got the same. Absolutely normal.

Very normal - it was how I suspected I was pregnant, before positive test! Mine has been up and down throughout first and second trimester though.

Yes, it is one of the changes our bodies have through pregnancy, totally normal

Thank you everyone - I did suspect but it's nice to get the reassurance!! X
