I'm currently 29+5 weeks and seriously struggling in the heat, I had a bit of a stomach bug over the weekend which knocked me off my feet and feel like I'm really struggling to recover in the hot weather, DH already took some time off work and my mum has kindly done some of the school/nursery runs today but I just feel awful. I'm drinking cold drinks, taking cool baths/showers, sitting with a cool wet flannel on my neck but I honestly just feel so dreadful 😩

I feel you🥵 I'm 37 weeks and struggling big time. I don't have any other kids so can't imagine how hard it is to keep up mum mode as well! I have Covid on top of the heatwave and I think being sick and is just making me feel it so much more. My saving grace has been getting a little fan. It's a rechargeable one off amazon and I'm just carrying it everywhere I go. I got a little face spritz as well and when you use the fan after spritzing the air feels extra cold it's divine! Other than that like you said just lots of cold drinks and putting cold cloths etc on you.
