Heatstroke & pregnancy?

Just a general question about being in the heat during pregnancy. Currently away and keep hearing that pregnant women are more prone to heat stroke? Is that true?
anything else I should be cautious of?
what precautions should I take?

I think it’s true pregnancy makes you more prone to over heating and dehydration, so plenty of water and avoid sun especially over middle of the day.

Drink a lot more water than usual, stay in the shade especially when the day is at its hottest, and don't go out for long walks in the hot sun and you should be fine
