Am I pregnant?

Hi,
I'm new here and have been trying to conceive for nearly two years with PCOS.
I've had really tender breasts for three weeks (Not unusual when I'm due on my period) and have recently been feeling a bit sick in the morning.
According to my period tracker app I am 9 days late, but this is not unusual due to my periods being very sporadic with PCOS.
I might also add I am a very anxious/stressed person.
I picked up a cheap Tesco pregnancy test today and have just tested in the middle of the afternoon and the positive result came up straight away!
I am beyond shocked. I have another Tesco test so should I try again in the morning?
I will attach a photo below of the one I have just taken.

Yes you definitely are!! Congratulations! As an aside, I've always found it hard to get dark positives on the Tesco tests for some reason so that's an absolutely beautiful positive right there🤩 Wishing you a smooth and healthy pregnancy!

I was the same with PCOS and took a similar length of time to conceive. The only symptoms I got were tender breasts so I was really shocked to see a positive.
