Leaking milk 4 weeks pregnant

So i havnt breastfed for nearly 4 years. Just found out im pregnant around 4/5 weeks and already started producing milk a week ago . Is this normal?

A long time ago but it was for me too. I hadn’t even done a test. Hormones!
