Trampolines - worried

I took my dd aged 2 on a day out today and without thinking went on the wee trampolines for a little bounce with her a couple of times, probably for less than 5 minutes each time.

After I came off I started thinking maybe that wasn't the best idea and worried that the bouncing could have hurt the baby/caused damage to my placenta etc.

Has anyone done this whilst pregnant and been ok? I guess it's probably no different to running etc but I'm a worrier and even worse when pregnant!!

I'm 29 weeks pregnant.

Thanks

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It will be absolutely fine. The waters will have absorbed any slight shocks.

Totally fine!

It'll be fine but don't do it again. I done it at 37 weeks and my baby flipped over and went breach was going to be scheduled in for a c section but thankfully she flipped back over by 38 weeks and went back to being head down. Didn't even occur to me it could happen I was really enjoying myself with the kids.

Thanks all, I'll try and stop worrying! 😅 I'm normally really careful but it didn't even cross my my mind until after for some bizarre reason.

She's still kicking in her usual position so I think she's still head down and hasn't changed position. I'll stay away from trampolines from now on though and leave that to my husband!
